Health Sector Report of (Name of your country here). (150 points that includes 50 points for the TOR)
Using your "country-moh" wiki space, the MOH team will develop an analytical report of your Country’s Health Sector. Your team will identify 3 major problems, prioritize them, and select one that will become the objective of a major Development Grant Project that is part of the Health Sector Reform currently going on in your country. Remember that your Country Report does not need to include all the available information on your country; you should make your report focused to address your identified problems so the reader can find information that supports your perspective. Be as creative as possible and include links to graphics or other sources of information to support your points.
A detailed outline including headings and specific length of each one is included here so you can copy it to the Wiki space of your specific country. All other members of the class need to check all the reports at least once a week before the “Global Healthcare Management Assembly Symposium” that will start on week 11. By the end of week 10 all countries should have a "Complete Draft Health Sector Report" available for review. The final report of each country will be available for all to review in the Wiki before each country’s presentation and discussion (see course schedule for details). All members of the MOH Team must write and contribute to develop the report in the Wiki.
The MOH will be responsible for updating the Report in the Wiki using the results of the country discussion afterthe week that your specific country is discussed and then submitting the final Consultancy Report for grading on the “Assignments” tool as a word document attachment.
The other member(s) of the team is(are) responsible to coordinate the discussion in the Discussion Board during the week assigned for your country and to post on the WebCourses discussion board the summary of the discussion by the end of the week at 11 PM.
Below is the outline and guideline for the Country Health Sector Report sections: (Please follow the instructions in parenthesis for the length of each section. The wiki does not provide a word count, so more or less there are 18 words per line. The total length of this paper should be around 180-200 Wiki lines, or 3200-3500 words or 8-10 pages of a Word document with the format indicated in the course protocols. In the Wiki you will have at different times of your report development different lengths of a draft document and the number of words is only a reference for you to facilitate your final edition. To submit your final paper you will copy and paste from your Wiki into a Word document that will be submitted into the Assignment tool of Webcourses2 and should follow the assignment protocol with a total length of 10 to 12 pages that includes the front cover page and the final page with the references.).
